Sorry for Punjabi ... NAT allows you to have more machines connected behind a router or dhcp server than you may might have real static IP addresses. That way you do not have to pay for extra IP's from your internet provider.NAT is translation System,if your network is on private ip address then u will unable to use internet bcoz of priviate ips, here nat will play a role,if u wanna use internet for that u must have public ip,if u are working in a big company,there are more then 5000 users in that case u have to purchase 5000ips to join internet?right? what nat do iz ,u will use private ips in ur company and will purchase few of ip address public one to go to the internet,if any user wish to use internet u will go thru NAT SYSTEM,Nat will keep its IP in System and will give it public ip,in case if u dont want to use internet i mean u wanna access any pc localy then nat will not Interfere in your communication,thats what we call natting.as per my knowledge , rest MR Kashif will Confirm .
Yes i think nice question but u know are u talking abt samll business cisco switch Cisco SF 300-24. yes u can set ur speed but depends of ur nic speed this is for only network speed.

really nice lecure..... but me confuse about the advantage of static NAT. if we have same nuber of LIVE IPS then why we go for NATING????

I am not aware of any option like that in Cisco we calll it QoS

first explain how the Internet is terminated there , if it is ADSL box and have a one free port use it and you are good to use it
