    No Kashif Bhai Im in Dubai UAE , and here is Etisalat Telecom, sometime page display and most of time its display the same "error 404 Not Found

      Zubair its quiet strange ... because its PTCL and Etislate run by same company .
      I will suggest you to fix this issue , If it works then it is your ISP . change DNS address to 8.8.8.8 and restart your computer if you dont know how to flush DNS entry and do let me know if it fix the issue
